I put on a Stamp-A-Stack in Neillsville this weekend with the help of Nikki and Cindy!!!! Here are the cards we made! We'll be making a couple of these at the Menasha Stamp A Stack too.

The cost for the class is $20 - with a $5 off coupon good for an order that day. We'll be making 5 different cards - 2 of each. Stampers really like making 2 cards of each....because they have to keep on in their stash for the "idea" and with the 2nd card they can actually send it out!!!! Plus, from a demonstrators point of view....I only have to come up with 5 cards instead of 10 and I only have to have supplies for 5 cards instead of 10 - that can be pretty tough! It also takes less time to make 2 of each of 5, instead of 10 different cards.

Gift Card Holder:

Ingredients:
Stamp Sets: Best Yet; Season of Joy
Ink: VersaMark; Pacific Point
Cardstock (CS): Whisper White; Pacific Point; Brushed Silver
Accessories: Heat Tool; Silver Embossing Powder; Word Window Punch; 1 ¼" & 1 3/8" Circle Punches; ¼" White Grosgrain; Sticky Strip; Paper Piercer & Mat; Hammer; Scallop Edge Punch; Rhinestone Brads (Circle Ice)

Dimensions:
Brushed Silver: ½" x 7"
White Grosgrain: 6 ¼"
Pacific Point: 4 ¼" x 11" – score at 3", 5 ½" & 8"

Directions:

Fold on score lines in an accordion fashion– punch front edge with Scallop Edge punch.
Stamp swirls on front and sayings inside with VersaMark ink and dust with Silver Embossing Powder – heat set.
Apply Sticky Strip to the entire length of the spine and stick together.
Starting about ¼" from the edge of the fold – punch out with Word Window Punch across the edge to ¼" from the other side – only use ½ the depth of the punch.
Punch a half circle in the middle with the 1 ¼" Circle Punch.
Using your tape runner, adhere White Grosgrain Ribbon to strip of Brushed Silver CS.
Fold around your gift card with the ends meeting in the middle of the front and adhere together with Sticky Strip, forming a belly band – don’t make the band too tight.
Stamp snowflake with Pacific Point ink on scrap of Whisper White CS and punch out with 1 ¼" Circle Punch.
Layer onto 1 3/8" Brushed Silver circle. Insert Rhinestone brad and tap the back with the hammer to flatten out the prongs.
Adhere snowflake layers to belly band with Sticky Strip.

Cardstock (CS): Real Red; Old Olive; Whisper White; Acetate (Transparency)
Accessories: Wide Oval Punch; More Mustard, Real Red, Old Olive Markers; Stamp-A-Ma-Jig
Template: Make your own template by punching a Wide Oval in a piece of scrap cardstock – push your punch all the way in to ensure that it will be straight. Then eyeball it by cutting on each side of the punched out area until you have an even margin on both sides – template width should be 2 ½" wide.
